About Me

My name is Andrea Tai and I am originally from Taipei, Taiwan. I recently graduated from Santa Clara University with a Communication major, Economics minor, and Management Information Systems minor. As an individual, I am hardworking to get the job done with detail and focus, which is developed through the numerous responsibilities in event planning and other activities. From the different activities, I have developed the skill to be a team player with desire to hear the opinions of others, especially when I was responsible for leading others in various organizations. As someone who has lived abroad and has come in contact with many diverse individuals, I have learned languages such as English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.

我是戴嘉瑩，畢業於美國聖塔克羅拉大學大眾傳播系，這間學校是加州頂尖的傳播學院，我也同時輔修經濟及資訊管理，這使我能夠以多元角度看待事件。

對我而言，專注細節及認真對待每一件事是我對自己的要求，因為透過策劃活動與擔任不同職位，讓我理解不同角色的職責以及團隊合作的重要性。同時，我也渴望聆聽回饋及異見，尤其是在當我擔任組織中的領導者時，這項能力讓我順利完成了許多項目。

在我的成長過程中，旅居美國及求學的經驗使我接觸多元的文化及不同背景的人，因此，我擁有廣闊的視野，也精通至少四種語言能力，包括英語，西班牙語，國語和台語等語言。
